    Kennesaw State University is being represented by nearly 100 students this week at the 2018 National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR) in Edmond, Oklahoma. More than 4,000 students from 400 colleges and universities are presenting their research April 4-7 at the prestigious annual conference. With 93 students attending, Kennesaw State's number of participants is second only to the host institution, the University of Central Oklahoma.

    Two Kennesaw State University professors were named to Engineering Georgia magazine's 100 Influential Women to Know list this month, recognizing their character, integrity and purpose within the state's engineering community. Kathryn Bedette, an associate professor of architecture, and Nancy Turner, a senior lecturer of civil engineering, were selected by a panel seeking out women who are "influencing the design, growth and success of their communities, businesses and projects."

    Kennesaw State taps former dean as interim provost and vice president for Academic Affairs

    Retired Professor Emeritus of Psychology and former KSU administrator Linda Noble has returned to Kennesaw State as part of the University’s presidential transition. Noble has joined the Office of Academic Affairs in a part-time role to assist Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs Ken Harmon as he transitions into the role of interim president. Noble will then serve as interim provost when Harmon becomes KSU’s interim president on Feb. 15.
